Richard is 22 years of age with an ambition to see the company have well planned accounting systems in accordance with the international accounting standards. He loves music on society and he sees Eric as a great mentor in his life through his songs (Dek! Bwana Mkubwa among others) that enlighten and inform society.

Through the love and unity portrayed at Rainmaker production Richard sees himself in the near future being involved in sensitization of the public of the current evils preying our country and influencing them to shun them. “God bless Africa, God bless Africa God bless Rainmakers.
